Absolute Graphix is quite possibly one of the most trade-friendly graphics companies you will ever deal with. We introduced our "Invisible" service in response to an alarmingly high frequency of aggressive client poaching between different graphics companies; in particular we found that there was a high rate of suppliers poaching their customers' clients which led to suspicion and mistrust of other suppliers. Although this trend thankfully isn't rife in our industry we found it was significant enough to provoke a response - which is why we started our "Invisible service" to offer genuine peace of mind to our trade customers.

We are as aware as anyone within the graphics industry that our game is exceptionally competitive and cut-throat. Graphics companies can be very aggressive when it comes to winning work. We are never aggressive towards our trade clients.

It has become fairly common these days for us to work with designers and other companies who are handing us their own intellectual property to work with. This places us in a very high position of trust; after all, these clients do not want us, their supplier, to steal their material and use it on other jobs (not that we ever would). We have responded to this trend by introducing a non-disclosure / confidentiality agreement formatted with our clients' best interests in mind, so that our guarantee becomes a matter of signed legal agreement which gives our clients the best peace of mind possible. We simply wouldn't rob our clients of their copyright material anyway, but we are willing to put our money where our mouth is and sign our name to that fact in a binding document.

We will remain totally invisible to your clients during and after the work we do for you
If we are required to go to your client's site to conduct trade fitting work, we will use our unbranded van and say that we work for you
We will not attempt to poach your clients as a result of producing trade work for them on your behalf
