Absolute Graphix was founded in 2005 by Rick Jones, a lifelong graphics professional. The business has several very clear objectives:
- To offer a "one stop shop" for all graphics goods, from graphic design to printing, banners, signs, and related services.
- To employ only talented, enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in the work.
- To build a reputation as one of the best graphics companies in the region.
- Most importantly, to put our clients at the very heart of our operation, listening to their needs, identifying the best solutions, and providing a very high quality product and service within a competitive budget.

About our staff
Jobs at Absolute Graphix are advertised rarely as we tend to seek out and employ "stayers", meaning we foster very strong relationships with dedicated long-term staff rather than dealing with a regular staff turnover. All of our staff are marvelous individuals, who are good at what they do and share the Absolute Graphix way of thinking.
We provide outstanding training and individually tailored personal development plans (PDPs) for all of our staff, ensuring that they can work up to our high standards and really get the chance to shine. Combined with overall good treatment, good training, and a very friendly working environment, our staff are some of the happiest in any business and jobs here are highly prized. Each team member feels valued, which they are.

About our work
It's not for nothing that we're so well known for our amazing graphics! We operate some very high tech production equipment, all of which is new (we don't use cheap secondhand gear or Ebay cast-offs). When combined with our creative talents and hands-on skills, the results are superb. From the most basic sticky labels to the most advanced vehicle wrapping techniques, we do it all and we do it well. For the few jobs that we don't do in-house, we have developed very strong and authoritative relationships with some of the best third party suppliers we could find who can match our demanding criteria.
Our philosophy
We have a simple philosophy based on quality and service - the old fashioned sort. Despite being a technology-led industry, you just cannot beat good old fashioned customer service, in which we talk, we listen, we respond, and we support the client. We know that it's a very competitive market out there so we try to stand out by being better, whether that means offering a better quality product, a better service, or simply being more approachable as people.
As part of our philosophy we also believe greatly in promoting the visual image as a valuable business asset, and trying to help clients understand the real importance of it. A good business image which has been well-applied can be a very valuable tool, opening profitable opportunities and supporting your own business vision.
Lastly, we are keen to educate people about the reality of graphics work. There is a general perception that it is all "push a button - a sign pops out" but this simply isn't the case. In reality, graphics is a complex profession, sometimes as demanding and skillful as carpentry or artistry, and the commercial application is best handled by trained, experienced individuals. The range of skills required is vast, as it requires a creative flare, a focused design vision, an understand of marketing, advanced computer skills, specialist knowledge on graphic formats, workshop skills and craftsmanship, fitting, and even (in the case of vehicle wrapping) creating a vacuum with a vehicle and a very big sticker!

Our client base is a strong and sturdy source of regular work and it continues to grow. Ranging from small one-man-band operations such as builders, IT professionals, and photographers through to large corporate firms and local authorities, our client list is as diverse as the jobs they give us to do. A large proportion of our clients are other sign and graphics people, who take advantage of our first-class trade services.
